Returns

Please note that bespoke items, or made to order cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty. Items are clearly marked 'Made to Order'. 

Items eligible for refund must be returned with 14 days. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging with the enclosed documentation.

Please inform me of your intention to return an item by email as soon as possible.

When returning the item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked, fully insured postal service. 

Returns are at the expense of the customer.

Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
