Returns Policy

• Please note that bespoke items, or made to order cannot be exchanged or returned, unless faulty. Items are clearly marked 'Made to Order'. 

• Items eligible for refund must be returned with 14 days. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging with the enclosed documentation.

• Please inform me of your intention to return an item by email as soon as possible.

• When returning the item, please ensure that you package it securely and return via a tracked, fully insured postal service. 

• Returns are at the expense of the customer.

• Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment within 30 days.
